Jason Steven “Jake” Plummer played quarterback for ten years as a quarterback in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos. The Arizona Cardinals selected Plummer in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft.
He spent his first six seasons with the Cardinals and the last four with the Denver Broncos, where he signed as a free agent. Plummer played college football at Arizona State University.
Since retiring from the NFL, he launched Umbo, a functional mushroom supplement company alongside former UFC Champion Rashad Evans and Del Jolly. Plummer also owns MyCOLove Farm, a Fort Lupton, Colorado mushroom farm.
